Swim
Swimming at Army & Navy Academy takes many forms. Interested in doing some laps at the pool, playing Water Polo, perhaps bodysurfing down at the beach? Our pool is a great place to exercise, engage in a sport, or receive some training. All of our students have to pass a swimming test and we often help international students improve their skills.

Facilities – Check out our swimming pool on our boarding school campus and our athletic facilities across the street on Carlsbad Blvd. Swimming in high school or middle school, includes swimming in our pool and in the Pacific Ocean. Students also enjoy our recreation hall with oceanview, beach fire pit, and lounge areas on the beach.
Swimming and Surfing – Many of our high school students learn how to bodysurf, surf, play water polo, and swim competitively. You might not expect surfing to be an option at an all-boys military school, but with the beach at our doorsteps, our campus is the ideal place to swim, surf, and study!
San Diego Weather – The warm and sunny Southern California weather is ideal for boys to swim almost all year round. Get ready to swim, surf, and get in shape in beautiful San Diego County! As a side note, our campus is located in the quaint and safe village of Carlsbad (North County Coastal San Diego County). Contact the Admission Office to take a tour!
